Not really possible as the Pakistani military keeps the tension high on purpose to justify their budget.
In a real conventional was the Indians would wipe the floor with them.

India:
population:1.366 billion
GDP: 2.869 trillion USD
Military budget:$72.9 billion

Pakistan:
Pop:216.6 million
GDP:278.2 billion
Military budget: $8.78 billion
