The front part of my bottom plate broke off about two months into COVID. I tried super glue and it would it did not hold. I have gone without teeth in the front of my mouth ever since. Just before the COVID break, I developed a cyst on my spine and was unable to sit longer than 5 minutes and could not get a new plate for the few months it might have been safe. Now there is Delta. I am quite happy to wear a mask in public for a number of reasons, not just COVID. I understand completely how you feel.
