It appears that the storm has shifted to the East and this has lowered our flooding chance https://spacecityweather.com/as-nicholas-nears-we-are-lowering-our-flood-scale-alert-for-all-but-the-coast/

We are in Stage 2 flood alert which should be okay. We had no flooding during Ike or Harvey
