Whatever discomfort comes from the vaccine is nothing compared with getting Covid.

My arms were sore last night, but I do P90X and this is the week the workouts changed. Sore arms are normal for me at this part of the schedule. So it's really hard to say what the cause is. In any case, I'll take it easy today.

Good luck with the flu shot! I'm eager and nervous about getting mine in 2 weeks.
