to get into the senate and is now realigning. She seems to believe she can lose the farther left progressives, who were probably her least stable and most demanding support anyway, plus a lot of Democrats, and make it up with moderate conservatives and lots of money.

As you say, she has a long time to do it. Not saying she won't be primaried of course, and this time hopefully she'll face a strong challenger. I think her biggest liability may just be her gender because it almost always is. There's a reason that to defeat female HRC the swiftboaters worked so hard to style her as untrustworthy. Sinema's doing it for herself.
