Many executives were zoom meeting with their teams--all at home. My son (Seattle Compass Housing) is one of them and as the result they are doing more days at home since the restrictions lifted. Production did not lag which is key. I think people are happier, too.
With modern technology we have the ability to work differently. We need to change some minds, though, still.
