10. i've never cooked a lobster but......

I watch Masterchef and Gordon Ramsey pointed out in several episodes that before throwing them in the pot of boiling water you take a knife and pierce the head where the brain is which he has said is the "most humane" way of killing them because it instantly kills them as opposed to I suppose the painful and not instant death of the pot of boiling water...
