6. Corporate culture certainly needs to rethink, retool

The entire reprehensible construct of lavishing seven digit bonuses atop exorbitant salary of CEO's while giving out ten cent slap in the face "raises" to starvation wage employees.
That's gotten way out of hand.
Tends to come hand in hand with rampant favoritism/nepotism. I can name half a dozen organizations that need to clean sweep out the top heavy structure, but they'll topple and bankrupt themselves first.
