28. Anti-Semitism at its worst.

European Christians forbade Jews from practicing the professions; medicine, law, teaching, engineering, etc. Sometimes, the only way to make a living (Jews were turned away from trade unions, too) was to lend money. And then the Christians decided to hate them for that, as well.
