16. We've had vaccines for almost a year now

And less than half the planet is vaccinated. In Europe and America, there are enough antivaxxers to keep the virus circulating. Over 1,000 Americans are still dying daily.

My fear is that, if another strain hits, even more people are gonna think vaccines are a failure, say "fuck it" and embrace the "natural immunity" mentality instead.
