Security in out small hospital in a small is pretty minimal. Usually only one or two unarmed uniformed people. I haven't been there since the pandemic, but I'm sure they've increased it. There are fewer unlocked doors and they are manned by security. Before I could have walked in there with a bomb and not be challenged. I used to walk in there at 6 am carrying a bag with my laptop and walk the length of the building usually without seeing anyone.
