I don't remember all of them, but what I do remember is as follows:

Code Blue: Medical Emergency / Cardiac Arrest (duh)
Code Red: Fire / Smoke Emergency
Code Pink: Baby Missing / Child Abduction
Code White: Violent Patient / Visitor
Code Black: Bomb Threat
Code Silver: Armed Intruder
