3. How horrible.

I am certain police are trained they will be held accountable for every shot fired. Having knowing more than few officers, and having discussed training regiments and qualification courses they’re required to pass, I can say with confidence that marksmanship training is severely. Not one agency that I’m familiar with has training that I would consider sufficient.
