I doubt he will vote against a nominee, especially with breyers decision -i imagine he wouldn't have made this decision without good reason Manchin and Sinema would support a nominee.

Either way, breyer stays until a replacement is made. I imagine he could reverse his decision if there is no replacement for the entirety of Biden's term. But that seems very unlikely.
