I'm of the opinion at this point (without running local numbers for 30 years as I have no idea how to) that seasonal weather patterns are 'shifting' to later in the year. I'm in MO, and 30 years ago, it was COLD by Nov 15.
This year, on christmas eve it was 45 degrees out, and it wont get real 'winter cold' here till feb 1st..

When I was a kid, first week of march was 'spring warmer'. Now, that wont happen till at least 2 weeks later.
