That's just wrong. Most Russians who came the the US were escaping the tryanny of Putin and his predecessors. My own grandparents escaped Czarist Russia (Belarus) in 1903.

They are among the hardest working citizens amongst us. My financial advisor is a young woman who escaped Kyiv as a child.
