He came out of nowhere & beat Hillary Clinton of the tag team Bill & Hillary Clinton.
Hillary was going to be the 44th President of the United States if Obama didn't run.
The fact that he came that far & bested one of the most dominant candidates in the Democratic Party showed that he had what it took to go the distance.
It was elementary that he would do outdo McCain.

When we saw Barack & Michelle, we knew it was right.
Michelle was ready to be the First Lady & we knew that First Ladies would never be the same again.
Michelle has reinvented the role just like Hillary did, just like Eleanor did.
There was no snobbery & stuck-up-ness in Barack Obama. He truly was a Man of the People.
The People's Champ.
Both of them transformed the White House & The Presidency.

There's a decentness to Barack Obama & this is also what dismays some of his supporters when he gets behind questionable policies or makes questionable compromises.
We know he's better than that. We believe in his character.
We know he's The One that's gonna set this country on a brand new course.

Yep, he has to be Superman whether he likes it or not.
He has the power to be Superman & save the day.

Many of us (including me) who have been frustrated with him even angry with him know to get back on board to give him his 2nd chance.
To set right what once went wrong like the old Quantum Leap intro said.
I strongly believe he will be MUCH better in his 2nd term ESPECIALLY if he gets a good Democratic Congress to back him up.
He has silently dismantled the Republican Party & is transforming the lethargic Democratic Party.
I believe after he's done this country can reverse course from this so-called Conservative direction we have been on since Reagan & move in a much more Progressive direction.

It feels like Destiny. Maybe because it is.
