56. Yeah, that's how it was before Roe

Yeah, they wrote weasel words about life of the mother into forced birth laws but they amounted to nothing.

Because doctors refused to go on record saying the woman would die without an abortion. And I think there was something about malpractice insurance not covering medically necessary abortions. Not sure about that but I remember that's how some doctors excused the death of the mothers.

Yeah, it was a horror show for middle class and poor women back then. It will be again.

Can you imagine carrying your rapist fetus to term? A lot of women killed themselves over things like that. I think there even was a serial rapist who brutalized his victims horribly. When they finally caught him he said he was trying to have a baby from his victims. Because you know, they were forced to carry his spawn.

A horror show is coming.
