I am in South Alabama. Gray television owns the major NBC affiliate out of Montgomery, Alabama which is WSFA. They also own the major CBS affiliate out of Dothan, Alabama which is WTVY.

They seem right wing to me. This area is very right-wing. So it's hard for me to determine whether that the company is just providing the people with what they want to hear or seeding the people with ideas.

It's all gloom and doom about gas prices and how bad the Biden the administration is.

The news is mostly one big op-ed. WTVY is marginally better than the NBC affiliate.
The quality of Journalism in general seems to have gone down. That may just be my old-man-shakes-fist-and-yells moment. When I was in school we were told that journalists weren't supposed to use terms like "seems", "appears", "looks like", "might be". Journalists were only supposed to present facts. I really don't know of any news outlet that presents just facts anymore.
