4. Yes, I'd accept it because of the difficulty in proving the charges they would bring.

There's difficulty proving them because they require knowledge on the part of the perpetrator that what he was doing was wrong. "He was out of touch with reality," say some of his staff. And there you go. Reasonable doubt that he understood what he was doing was wrong. What about all those advisors? Well, he chose to believe Eastman and Giulianni. Pound a jury with "reasonable doubt." Would you like to see him brought to trial and acquited?
