I had covid twice. Original flavor and Omicron.
Omicron I was vaxed and boosted and it wasnt bad at all and I was testing neg 8 think 7 days after but I hadnt tested any earlier than that. Also the quarantine time was way shorter too and I feel like having been vaxed and boosted that made sense.
However it works out for you, hope you get past it quickly and get to return to normal life soon!

My best friend and her husband have it now. They decided it was OK to take a trip Ireland last week

I highly recommend Paxlovid. I don't know if it will save your vacation though.

After 10 days my husband was allowed back to work...now it is 4...supposedly not contagious
