5. So many foreigners know just what Germany needs to do

Stop and think where Germany was 90 years ago, or even 80 years ago. After World War II, Germany vowed to never again be involved in a war. They joined NATO and re-armed at our behest, but basically they are now the pacifist nation that their neighbors hoped they would finally become. Yes, they need to make their decisions quicker, but let’s not have them get too high on weapons again. No one wants to give them a chance to re-acquire a taste for using them.
