Just because we haven't done it before doesn't mean we can't do it. This court's level of bad faith, betrayal of principles, and service to political, wealth and religious interests over the constitution far exceeds any in the history of our nation.

If enough people come to object, it can happen. Republicans might well prefer removing a couple of the most extreme to avoid need to expand the court.
