The appeals process for a criminal conviction isn’t a dispute of the evidence, it’s a review of the process of the trial and the Judge’s rulings.

And for those who are going to argue that the Court can do whatever it wants today, consider that they were unwilling to uphold any of Trump’s election lawsuits.
