Freedom of speech is limited by "time, place, manner" restrictions. Freedom of religion seeks to circumvent such restrictions and exalts personal 'religious' beliefs above all other considerations. Evangelical very rich RW orgs, the Federalists, the Repubs have discarded the (non)-Establishment clause in order to promote their socio-political agendas.
