There is no way this goes as "an accidental shooting". Where are the adults/owners of the weapon. That person should be held accountable for not securing the weapon. How did an 8 year old get the weapon(?) because of neglect by an adult. That adult should be charged adults want a weapon adults should pay the price when this happens.
