13. His claim of executive privilege is a confession.

I know these docs aren't in fact executive privileged because that's not how executive privilege works, but the very fact that he claims they are is a confession that he was not legally allowed to possess them.

Even if executive privilege worked this way -- which I repeat I know it does not -- the only way those docs could be executive privileged in any circumstance would be if they were docs from his presidency. But docs from his presidency belong with the National Archives and he isn't allowed to have them.

He's loudly proclaiming that he was breaking a law, while not gaining the shield he thinks he is.
