I keep hearing the occasional comment that in the end, Garland will have to decide if charging Trump is worse for the country than not charging him, which poses the bigger concern.

Trump's not just another President that should be afforded all the traditional respect previous presidents receive. He has committed high crimes and misdemeanors "the likes of which we've never seen." He has no respect for democracy, law and order, the country, the people or the Constitution. He wasn't just a bad president, he was and is, an evil man, and his evilness gets worse by the day.

I don't see how not indicting him is the lessor of two bad options.
