He belonged to an alumni group at Princeton dedicated to limiting minorities and especially women admitted as undergrads. Kennedy nailed Sammy on it at the hearings and made him sweat, but Specter and Graham rushed to his rescue. Mrs. Sammy on cue ran out of the room crying. But Sammy survived to destroy women another day.
