Another reason to doubt our justice system. 57-Monty May be too much, but house arrest is pathetic.

From the link, the defendant’s lawyer:

“Matt is happy, thankful. He’s a fine young man. It’s been an honor for me to represent him.”

Really? Seriously? Did you read the charging documents?
