5. I think every country should reject

Ogliarchs and kick them out of thier governments.

It should be you can either be rich OR have power.
You can't have both.

And it should be enforced ruthlessly. If you make an amount of money and your assets both are above ___ you are not allowed to run for ANY position in politics.

There would be a set amount for all campaigns so the rich couldnt rule by proxy either.

Add in a test to find and screen out sociopaths,narcissists from running as a candidate for any government position would be important too.

That alone would clean a lot of corrupt fascist bullshit out of our politics.
