It has been recycled millions of times over, throughout the planet's existence. We've all drank water that has passed through other people, dinosaurs, sewers, etc., at one point or another, whether we realize it or not. Whatever the stuff is they're getting from the airport is likely being filtered and distilled, which leaves you with pure water. This is an interesting story, but it's not like they're directly using the "blue ice" from the airplanes.
