(7,794 posts)85. Wow! This makes me kinda want to agree with the idea that pornography is a Victorian construct.
Ezekial seems to have gone off the rails from the average American's POV. So much so that the context becomes camouflaged by the steam arising in the repressed eyes the lascivious reader. Does anyone realize the message is about the "chosen of god" failing to live up to the "blessings" god had bestowed upon them? It is primarily a treatise and warning regarding the human tendency to abuse, overuse, pollute and spoil their habitat along with the vehicle in which they experience this material world.
Then again, Ezekial probably was pretty excited while taking dictation from god and all. It's a wonder he could even spell "genitals".
