The Bunny Mellon money was being scammed by his chief aide who was using the stolen "campaign" money to build this aide's own dream house south of Chapel Hill. Since the aide had been granted immunity on BBC all charges, nothing ever happened to him, and I believe he kept the money.

It was a crime, but Edwards did not do it!
