US paper has fled Russia and that Evan Gershkovich was picked up for "espionage" tells me they're doing a good job.

I ignore most of their business reporting because I'm a super-conservative investor that doesn't buy specific stocks (just mutual funds) so i don't need to know how any particular company is doing or why. However, I read all their weekly book reviews (except children's books), recipes and other cultural items. And reading the WSJ's many articles on investing basics would be valuable for anyone with any amount of money to invest.
