Kacsmaryk doesn't have that restraint. Nationwide injunctions aren't the norm because they are becoming the norm. If a Court determines there is a need for immediate relief, it would more likely will just give make that relief specific to the plaintiffs and not beyond that.

I honestly think states like CA, NY, MI, IL, etc will source the drug and provide it to clinics.
