48. Religious freedom

She volunteered to avoid a summons, gave her deposition, then said it was her religious belief that the election was stolen. She believes that that gives her first amendment rights of religious freedom and freedom of speech. Let the Supreme Court unravel that. Will Clarence recuse himself?
