hoping to make a killing (financial) out of health care. Our current delivery system is too fragmented to produced financial savings and improved quality.

Changing our system is going to be tough, but it has to be done. The cost of our current delivery system will never be manageable without change. It's going to be tough for providers of care, as well as those who receive care.
