4. Did he claim voter fraud?

I thought the Texas vs Pennsylvania case was a different kind of nonsense-- that those states' changes to voting procedures were wrong. Which is still stupid and ridiculously antidemocratic, but maybe ever-so-slightly better since it is at least asking a question about the law and not just making up things out of thin air.

Anyone know what he's said since?
