3. Nicolle's show is must-see TV for me. Her engagement with her guests is second to none, IMO.

She seems to be able to genuinely relate with everyone, as long as they are sincere and don't try to bullshit her, but fortunately she rarely features those kind of guests. She is so good at cutting right to the chase, both intellectually and emotionally. I often wonder how she does it! It's hard to believe she was ever a professional Republican!
