Excellent interviewing skills, is able to identify the most salient points of an issue,
is a natural in front of the camera.

Nicole is warm, friendly, laid back, but the consummate professional
and very very bright.

I like Rachel but like most PhDs she can be a bit pedantic and goes the long way around
the barn, instead of just cutting to the chase. But that is the training in a PhD program.
