5. I found a Washington Post article from 2019 that describes the break-up between Epstein and Trump

I was wrong it wasn’t about membership Mar-a-Lago. Trump and Epstein were both bidding for a waterfront property in Palm Beach in 2004 that was up for auction because of bankruptcy. After much badmouthing by each one of the other Trump finally won the bid, eventually sold the mansion to a Russian for twice the amount he paid for it. That was actually the last known contact between Epstein and trump. So I assume that’s what they fell out over
