We are using the term that they, themselves created. They emerged from the remnants of the Tea Party and wore Tea Bags, earning them the earlier name of "teabaggers," which they then embraced (until they learned there was a secondary meaning in slang they could not accept." You refer to yourself as "fiendish"--something I'd never ever ordinarily say to you, nor refer to you, but that is your own created screen name...
What is with some here? Are we to sit back as Trumpists seek to create--a Trump dictatorship--because you won't even risk/are extremely uncomfortable with possibly offending them? Oh no. We don't dare fight back? Good gawd.
No one is using the term like anti-Semites and NAZIs used "vermin--" nor would they. That is so ridiculous and OTT, you should really think about what you are saying. And if you are going to deride and attack DUers for using the term I think you need to rethink. Attacking DUers for this is against current DU rules, after all. I have faith that DU is full of like-minded members who are not and never would-- in any sense of the imagination-- be like the NAZIs. Do you disagree, given your comment suggesting that there are likely "Reinhard Heydrichs or Heinrich Himmlers" waiting to emerge among us? Honestly, to suggest that is so far beyond anyone's use of the acronym MAGAT, I cannot even believe you suggested such. If you really do think so, then why would you frequent DU? I am appalled at your insinuation.
