If 10,000 extra births occur, that will cause a shock to the birth stasis and incur $160K * 10,000 or $160 Million in taxes that AR state residents will have to pay for their education until the children are emancipated. Since this will affect poorer people more, that will mean that supplemental services will also take a hit, driving those costs up to $200 Million or more.... and that's in 2022 education numbers.

And that's just for 10,000 extra kids born in one birth year. As more and more kids are born, from year to year, this will just start to pyramid the costs. In a decade, at that rate, it will amass to 1/4th of AR's state budget.

The 2024 state budget of Arkansas is $6.2 Billion.
