Trump started us down this road of political violence. [View all]

In 2016, he urged his crowd to commit violence against opponents at his rallies, promising to pay their legal fees.

He used the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers , and Boogaloo Boys like Hitler’s Brown Shirts.

He incited a mob to attack the Capitol asking them to fight like Hell. For hours, he refused to tell them to stop even as police officers were being injured. Later, he called the rioters patriots and promised to pardon them.

He mocked Pelosi’s husband, attacked with a hammer.

He keeps telling his supporters that Democrats are radical Marxist, trying to their destroy their country.

No Democrat has said and done such things. If the GOP blames Biden’s campaign rhetoric for this, then they are being hypocrites, having sat on their hands with their lips sealed, while Trump said and did all those things.

This is where they’ve brought us. This is on them.
