60. Trump lived the most privileged type of life.

Born with more money than most people earn in our whole lives, he never heard "no", never had to learn the experience of people resisting him or his ideas. And because of his unusual psychiatric problems he didn't have the insight to understand that people were not agreeing with him, not respecting him, but agreeing with and respecting his money.
And this orange cancer metastasized throughput the Republican party because their corpulent moral rot provided the ideal substrate.
The Republicans opened their gates to this cancerous Trojan horse and welcomed him in. Let's hope that the collapse of the Republican party leaves them unable to exert significant control over anything until they affirm that their most supreme principle is a commitment to democracy.
