4. Last time, they didn't know the fake electors et al would find themselves hiring lawyers and facing jail time.

Now they do. I'm thinking these GQP legislators are sucking up to their base and donors by "showing the libs" that they will take action. But it's not because they'll actually get away with stealing anything. Probably more for fund raising and securing their own seats and donors.
