Here's a handy annotation for the part of the debate where Trump blamed Pelosi and Muriel Bowser for Jan 6 [View all]
When pressed on whether he had any responsibility for Capitol riot, Trump raised his voice, blaming both Democratic Rep. Nancy Pelosi of California, who was the House speaker at the time, and the Democratic mayor of Washington. He said the rioters have been treated so badly and once again denied he lost the 2020 election.

Elmer Stewart Rhodes III (born 1966) is an American former attorney and convicted seditionist. He founded the Oath Keepers, an American far-right anti-government militia. In November 2022, he was convicted of seditious conspiracy and evidence tampering related to his participation in the January 6 United States Capitol attack culminating at the main campus of the United States Capitol complex. On May 23, 2023, he was sentenced to 18 years in prison.
In the days prior to January 6, 2021, Rhodes (fact check: not Nancy Pelosi or Muriel Bowser) and others traveled to Washington, D.C., where they armed themselves with firearms and tactical gear. En route to D.C., Rhodes (fact check: not Nancy Pelosi or Muriel Bowser) personally spent $20,000 to purchase "a small arsenal". On January 6, 2021, Rhodes (fact check: not Nancy Pelosi or Muriel Bowser) entered "restricted Capitol grounds" where he (fact check: not Nancy Pelosi or Muriel Bowser) directed Oath Keepers members via telephone and text, telling them which positions to take up around the building. Four days after the attack, Rhodes (fact check: not Nancy Pelosi or Muriel Bowser) attended a meeting where he was recorded saying "My only regret is that they should have brought rifles... We should have brought rifles. We could have fixed it right then and there. I'd hang ******* Pelosi from the lamppost."
