We recently returned from a trip to the Orkney Islands, along with other stops, where we saw the remnants of neolithic villages and structures. Stone abodes, tools, and other creations expertly engineered and crafted by people 4500 years ago. Not so different from us now - only the technology. I think I've settled on that time and place as when I would have liked to roam the earth. Alas, there were not signs of riding horses, which I would have missed. They did shepherd cattle, pigs, and sheep. They appeared to have eaten well from both the nearby sea and freshwater. Skara Brae.

Near where I live in Washington state, Clovis points dating back 12,000 years as you say, were discovered. The skill of our forbears is awe-inspiring!

Some pooh pooh Ms. Swift. Who is a celebrity to persuade elections? I am most impressed with her philanthropy, and her stance for female power. Some of her songs move me and catch my ear, as well. Her real-life realtime love story with Travis Kelce is quite compelling. ❤️

Congrats on your finds, my asterisk friend!
