6. Why do some here seem giddy at the possibility of Floridians dying?

I see it all the time here. When hurricane season starts or some potentially lethal weather event occurs in a red state, some people here make jokes and say that they deserved it. It is weirdo behavior and, frankly, rather psychotic.
